Join us for a fascinating evening exploring the remarkable true story behind Hollywood vs. Nazis\, Hitler’s attempt to turn Hollywood’s “Dream Factory” into a Nazi propaganda machine\, and the secret efforts of Jewish movie moguls to stop him. From the moment Hitler came to power in 1933\, he understood the enormous influence American movies had to shape public opinion. But he underestimated the Jewish studio leaders who recognized the threat and secretly fought back by financing undercover operations to infiltrate pro-Nazi organizations in Southern California. Part history\, part espionage thriller\, Hollywood vs. Nazis reveals a little-known chapter of World War II and the extraordinary role Hollywood played in the fight against fascism. Includes book sale\, signing and light refreshments. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Get Tickets URL:https://jccns.org/event/michael-benson-hollywood-vs-nazis/ LOCATION:JCCNS\, 4 Community Rd.\, Marblehead\, MA\, 01945 CATEGORIES:JBM ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://jccns.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/JBM-2026-10-27-Michael-Benson-web.png ORGANIZER;CN="Lauren Weiss":MAILTO:lweiss@jccns.com END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
