DESCRIPTION:This presentation will\, in an entertaining and interactive way\, teach you what sleep is and does for you\, provide practical tips for getting a good night’s sleep\, and answer the always controversial question\, “should I take a nap?” \nCoffee and bagels will be served. \nEvent is FREE\, please RSVP below. \nPaul Crosby is a licensed\, independent clinical social worker with a master’s degree from Boston University\, earned in 1977. He was both a therapist and an administrator in human service organizations. His career includes working with elders\, couples\, teens\, and adults in programs for addiction\, home care\, hospice\, counseling\, and community collaboration. In 2018\, he retired after 29 years at the Marblehead Counseling Center\, serving as both a therapist and its executive director.
