Today\, he works as an advisor to the National Emergency Authority in Israel’s Ministry of Defense\, as a board member\, and as co-founder of AI4Life\, an initiative that teaches artificial intelligence to senior citizens. Avner is the author of the book From Shura to Renewal. His lectures combine leadership\, managerial and command experience\, strategic management\, and crisis management\, alongside unity and mutual responsibility\, a sense of mission\, accountability\, and personal and national resilience.
