The JCCNS offers the best Personal Training on the North Shore.  Our experienced trainers are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through great coaching, education and motivation. Our trainers regularly update routines and exercises, to keep workouts fun and exciting and take the time to educate clients about nutrition and proper form and technique to keep you healthy and strong.

Please NOTE:  There is a 16-hour cancellation policy for all Personal Training sessions.  If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact the trainer more than 16 hours prior to the start of the session or you will be charged for the session.
