Outdoor Fitness Classes

JCCNS Members can register for outdoor fitness classes!

Please note that REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for all fitness offerings  (please see below)

Outdoor Class Rules

Thank you for being respectful of our rules in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.

  • You must register on   jccns.motionvibe.com  24 hours in advance of class (space is limited)
    Click here for instructions on how to use MotionVibe*
  • Proper social distancing will be required in all classes
  • All classes will be held on the lower field
  • Check in for morning classes will be at Welcome Center inside the building
  • Check in for evening classes will be at the Outdoor Pool
  • In the event of inclement weather, class will be cancelled 30 minutes prior with notification via MotionVibe
  • Bring your own mat for every class

Tuesday

7:00am-7:45am: Tabata Strength and Core with Lisa Gillis

5:30pm-6:30pm: Yoga Flow with Allison Swartz

Thursday

6:00pm-6:45pm: Pilates with Brigitte Karns

Friday

7:00am-7:45am: Live and Alive with Lisa Laurano
