Outdoor Fitness Classes

JCCNS Members can register for outdoor fitness classes!

We are excited to announce outdoor fitness classes begin Monday, April 5th

Please note that REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for all fitness offerings  (please see below)

Outdoor Class Rules

Thank you for being respectful of our rules in order to keep everyone safe and healthy.

  • You must register on   jccns.motionvibe.com  24 hours in advance of class (space is limited)
    Click here for instructions on how to use MotionVibe*
  • Proper social distancing will be required in all classes
  • All classes will be held on the lower field
  • Check in for morning classes will be at Welcome Center inside the building
  • In the event of inclement weather, class will be cancelled 30 minutes prior with notification via MotionVibe
  • Bring your own equipment and mat for every class

Monday

10:00am-10:55am: Yoga Flow with Allison Swartz (Outdoor Field)

Tuesday

7:00am-7:45am: Tabata Strength and Core with Lisa Gillis (Outdoor Field

Wednesday

9:00am-9:55am: Bodyweight Bootcamp with Lisa Laurano (Outdoor Field)

Thursday

8:00am-8:55am: Tabata Strength and Core with Tabatha Keating (Outdoor Field)

8:30am-9:30am: Walk and Talk with Lara Goodman (locations below)

  • 4/8: JCCNS parking lot to walk trail
  • 4/15: Nahant Rotary lot to walk Nahant Beach
  • 4/22: Redd's Pond neighborhood
  • 4/29: Devereaux Beach lot to walk Neck
  • 5/6: Mission on the Bay to walk Lynn Shore Drive
    * All walks about an hour, weather permitting. No registration necessary


Friday

9:30am-10:25am: Yoga Flow with Cybele Leger (Outdoor Field)
