Practice days/times:
- Tuesdays, 5:45am-7:00am
- Wednesdays, 5:45am-7:00am
- Saturdays, 6:30am-7:45am
Schedule subject to change.
Swimmers must be able to complete a minimum of 2000 yards in the 1.5 hour practices at a pace of 2:00 for 100’s freestyle.
Practices will be set up for 15 minutes of technique followed by 1 hour of training run by the coaches. (Coach may swim during training.)

$30/month, for JCCNS members only. After a two-week FREE trial, new members will be charged a $30 monthly fee

Member rates: $184 per session/$348 for both sessions. (Rates include t-shirt and cap)
Minimum Requirement: Jump in the deep end of the outside pool and swim one length of the pool confidently unassisted. All participants must be members.

An adaptive, modified/accommodated, competitive swim team for swimmers ages
8 and up. Children with physical challenges and Neuro-Diverse abilities will proudly represent our JCCNS with this swim team as we compete alongside the Sea Serpents at home and in Special Olympic competitions around New England. Have fun and build self-esteem while participating in this positive inclusive environment. Coached by Brandon O’Donnell, Aquatics Manager and Adaptive Special Needs Programmer. Participants must be a JCCNS member.
