The JCCNS Health and Wellness Department has a wide range of fitness programs and truly offers something for everyone!

Our fitness classes include the ever-popular DancEnergy, various strength and conditioning classes, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba®, Power Pump, Spinning®, Sculpt and Stretch, cardio strength, Pilates Reformers, and more.

Our certified Personal Trainers are among the best in the business and are committed to helping their clients reach their personal health and fitness goals.

We have adult basketball, pickleball, and volleyball programs for the entire community.

We also have on-site massage therapists and our Men’s and Women’s Health Centers offer members who are 18+ a quiet and private place for pre/post workout rejuvenation.
