All requests must be approved by the Youth and Family Director.
If you are adding a day, please confirm availability with Youth and Family Director.

Changes to J Adventure enrollment require 30 days written notice. Adding or changing days requires approval from the Youth and Family Director, as space may not be available on the day(s) requested. Wait List

We maintain an active wait list throughout the year for current participants and new applicants. We will gladly add you to our wait list on any day(s) requested that do not have availability. To be added to our wait list or request additional days of care/transportation, please email Heather Gravelese at hgravelese@jccns.com with the following information:

We will let you know the status of your request within 2-5 business days.
