If you require a specific seat assignment, seat type, or would like to upgrade we recommend registering for land only and booking your own airfare to ensure your preferences are met.

Land & Air:
Member – $5,560 (Double occupancy)

Land only:

Single:
Single supplement – $1,100
Please note the following:
- $1,000 per person non-refundable deposit is due to the JCCNS by July 20th to hold your spot. Accepting credit cards only, please indicate on the registration form below if we should charge the credit card on file.
- Travel selection is required by July 27. Please choose either the Land & Air or Land Only.

Registration & Payment
Payment schedule:
- $1,000/pp deposit due with registration
- $2,000/pp second installment due by October 23, 2026
- Final payment due to the JCCNS by January 4, 2027
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Sara Ewing. Cancellations take effect on the date the written notice is received, during regular business days and hours.
The amounts below are per person and apply to the date the cancellation is received:
- $1,000/pp is non-refundable if cancelled between registration and November 20, 2026.
- $2,500/pp is non-refundable if cancelled between November 21, 2026 – January 29, 2027.
- Any cancellations after January 30, 2027, are non-refundable.
