Please see instructions and video below for accessing and downloading the MotionVibe app, our online reservation system. You may also access the ​Desktop version at ​jccns.motionvibe.com.

How to Download and Use the New JCCNS MotionVibe App on Your Phone

Whether you are an Android or an Apple smartphone user you can download the JCC MotionVibe app to reserve time slots for activities at the JCCNS.

    ​Download the app:
  • ​If you are an Apple user, click the icon at right OR go into the app store and search for “JCC North Shore” (JCCNS will not work on Apple device.) 
  • If you are an Android user, click the icon at right OR
    go to the Google Play Store and search “JCC North Shore” or “JCCNS.” It is easy to find and download the app. (It appears as the turquoise blue icon above that reads JCC North Shore.)

    ​To use the app, you will need to login OR sign-up for an account:
  • ​If you have previously registered for programs on our website, you may use your JCCNS.org username and password and do NOT need to sign up for a new MotionVibe account
  • ​​Once you click on “Member Login” you will be taken to a screen asking for your ID and Password. ​
  • ​If you have previously registered for programs on our website, you may use your JCCNS.org username and password and do NOT need to sign up for a new MotionVibe account.
  • ​​​If you need to create a new login, click on the bottom where it reads, “Need an online account? Sign up Now.”
  • You will be asked to input your Scan ID. Your Scan ID is found on the bar code entry tag you got when you joined the JCCNS — be sure to include all letters that precede the numbers. Enter that information and click on SIGN-UP NOW.
  • On the welcome screen, please choose an ID and a password. Next you will be asked to verify profile information and to enter your weight and height. And voila! You are now online with the app!

If later you forget your ID or password, on the main screen menu near the “LET’S GO” banner is a small link which reads “I can’t login”. Click on that link and you will be taken to a screen asking for your email address. NOTE: The email address you give HAS to be known to the JCCNS billing system before you do this.

​How to Answer COVID-19 ​Health Questions and ​Acknowledge Disclaimer

  • In the Desktop Computer site, the disclaimer should pop up when you first log in. After logging into your iPhone/Android app, you will see across the top:

  • ​In the iPhone/Android app, click on “You”, then click on “TIMELINE.”
  • ​You will then be presented with a copy of the disclaimer and the 8 COVID-19 health questions. You must answer all the questions. Once you have answered all the questions, please submit your answers.
  • ​If you answered YES to any of the questions, an email will be sent to Andrew Dalton and to you saying you have failed the health screening. You will be asked to leave the site, you will not be able to reserve a time slot, and you may only return to the JCCNS after you are symptom free.
  • If you answered NO to all the questions, you will be allowed to reserve a time slot by continuing. (See below)

​How to Sign ​Up for Lap Swim, Family Swim​

  • ​After you have successfully passed the health screening questions, you may sign up for Lap Swim or Family Swim by registering for a time slot. If you are put on the waiting list you will be notified if/when a slot become available.
  • Time slots are for members only and are currently limited to one time slot per day.
  • Time slots for Pool Reservations can only be reserved 36 hours in advance.

Desktop Computer

For Pool reservations:

    ​ From the Home Screen, click on Aquatics Schedule/Pool Schedule​ at the bottom of the screen.​​​

    Available Reservations will be listed. To filter and show only Lap Lanes/Family Swim/Kiddie Pool, select one of the options under the "All Studios" drop-down menu. Click on "REGISTER NOW" to reserve your spot. ​
For Outdoor Classes:

    From the Home Screen, click on Club Activity.

    Classes will be listed. Click on the Green REGISTER BUTTON to reserve your spot.

iPhone

For Pool reservations:

    ​From the Home Screen, click on ​You on the top left corner.

    Available Reservations will be listed. ​Click on "REGISTER" to reserve your spot. ​
For Outdoor Classes:

    From the Home Screen, click on ​GROUP FITNESS ​on the bottom left.

    Available Reservations will be listed. ​Click on "REGISTER" to reserve your spot. ​

    ​In the Timeline, click the "ADD AN ACTIVITY NOW" button.
