Add or Change Camp Weeks

If you are already registered for camp and would like to add a week or drop a week, you may fill out the form below.

Changes must be approved by the camp director. A deposit may be required and payment in full is required after May 1. No refunds will be given after May 1. Changes made after May 1 are subject to a $25 charge.

View current camp enrollment weeks

  1. If not already logged into our Camp Registration system, visit the My Account page and click the Blue Link to view your account
  2. Click My Account Info and then Reservation Report.
  3. Login to your account
  4. Change the dates to 6/23/2025 through 8/22/2025
    • change the “Module” to Camp Management
    • change the “Include Sub Members” toggle to Yes 
    • click Show Report (see example screenshot below)
