Our Synergy 390 class is based around compound functional movements with free weights and body weight utilizing our new Synergy 360 Circuit machine. Class finishes with a fitness blaster, so participants can expect to get a great workout until the very last minute! All classes can be catered toward the beginner, intermediate, and expert, so everyone is welcome to join!

Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga practice where participants use a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling as a prop to as a support while participating in sequential poses and flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help improve flexibility, enhance full body strength, decompress the spine and more. Join instructor Cathy for this unique (and new to the J!) way to practice Yoga.

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage, and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements that target specific muscle groups.
Dates: Session I 9/10-10/29 (8 weeks)
Session II 11/5-12/24 (8 weeks)

Join coaches Mike Day and Talia Faia for this unique ELITE POWERLIFTING training! ELITE POWERLIFTING will focus on the fundamentals and basics of power lifting training and more! Athletes and non-athletes are welcome! . Squat . Deadlift . Bench Press . Olympic lift.
Using the RUN WITH YOUR PACK mentality, this class will push each athlete to become the best that they can be, motivating every one to reach their goals.

HIIT the Turf is designed as a full-body, station-to-station exercise class focusing on maximizing individual potential and team building.
Ranging from simple body weight to high intensity weight movements. HIIT will deliver a one of a kind experience for all athletes!

Personal Trainer Rick Discipio will help you get into the best shape of your life. This class combines power lifting, body building and high-intensity cardio work and allows for personal attention to all participants.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Dates: 9/10-12/31 (16 weeks)
Twice a week fee*: Member $640/Community $770 2 payments per session allowed
Three times/week Fee*: Member $980/Community $1180 (Paid in no more than 2 payments per session)

Rowing is an exceptional full body workout. Whether you are an experienced rower, or you are just getting started, this class will support you in achieving your fitness goals. Experienced instructor Tabatha Keating guides class participants through rigorous rowing exercises, interspersed with intervals that use weights and TRX.

A rowing machine is a piece of exercise equipment that mimics the motion of rowing a boat in water, making it all full body workout for all ages and fitness levels. Rowing is a great way to improve your overall health, ad helps to develop both upper and lower body strength and stamina.

If the JCCNS needs to close in inclement weather, Specialty Fitness classes will not be refunded. If the J cancels class for another reason, however, we will provide a make-up class.
