Personal Trainer Blake Forman will help you get into the best shape of your life. This class combines power lifting, body building and high-intensity cardio work and allows for personal attention to all participants.
Days: Tuesday and/or Thursday (13 weeks)
Times: 6:30am-7:25am and 7:30am-8:25am
Fee: Member $520/Community $624, (Session fee may be split into two installments)
Drop-In Fee: Member $23/Community $25

This class is designed to enhance athletic performance, reduce the risk of common athletic injuries, and prep athletes for upcoming sports seasons. The program involves structured group training in a high-energy, supportive environment. You will utilize Olympic Weightlifting movements, powerlifting concepts, dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, and medicine balls. As well as basic sports nutrition and hydration education.
Open to all students, and no need to be participating in a current sport.

Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga practice where participants use a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling as a prop to as a support while participating in sequential poses and flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help improve flexibility, enhance full body strength, decompress the spine and more. Join instructor Cathy for this unique (and new to the J!) way to practice Yoga.
Days: Fridays and Saturdays: 9:15am-10:15am
Fee: Member $20/Community $23.

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage, and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements that target specific muscle groups.
Dates: Session I-6 weeks
Session II-6 weeks
Fee: Member $180 per person/Community $215 per person (space is limited)

If the JCCNS needs to close in inclement weather, Specialty Fitness classes will not be refunded. If the J cancels class for another reason, however, we will provide a make-up class.
