Aerial Yoga - ONLY $25/CLASS!

Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga practice where participants use a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling as a prop to as a support while participating in sequential poses and flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help improve flexibility, enhance full body strength, decompress the spine and more. Join instructor Cathy for this unique (and new to the J!) way to practice Yoga.

Partner Pilates Reformer Classes

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage, and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements that target specific muscle groups.

Days: Fridays
Dates: Session I-6 weeks
                Session II-6 weeks
Time: 11:00am-11:45am
Fee: Member $180 per person/Community $215 per person (space is limited)

Conditioning for Young Athletes-NEW

Join 2022 MA State Powerlifting Masters Division (275 weight class) Champion and JCCNS Trainer, Rick DiScipio, as he teaches young athletes basic weightlifting mechanics and fundamental movement skills.  Athletes learn coordination, agility, power, proper posture, and specific movements that translate into better results in their chosen sport.  These training sessions provide an athletic foundation that athletes can build on as they progress through their athletic career.

Drop-In Fee: Member $22/Community $25

If the JCCNS needs to close in inclement weather, Specialty Fitness classes will not be refunded. If the J cancels class for another reason, however, we will provide a make-up class.
