Construction Update – December

Photo: Window glass has been removed and is ready for the next phase! (12/2)

Construction of our brand new JCCNS front entrance is coming along great! Steel beams are expected to arrive soon, which will allow the crew to begin building the new addition — we’re all very excited to watch this unfold!

You may have also noticed that a wooden wall was recently installed in the lobby — this was a necessary safety measure, so the crew can remove a portion of the glass to bring the steel in the building.

Please check out our photo gallery of the progress so far!

Construction Updates – October

rendering of proposed new entrance

We are thrilled to share that construction on our brand-new front entrance has begun! This is an exciting step forward in enhancing the accessibility, security, and overall experience for everyone at the JCCNS.
During Construction: The main entrance/exit of the JCCNS will be CLOSED. A temporary main entrance/exit will be located on the side of the building—through the gym door by the parking lot. Please be extra cautious of pedestrians in the parking lot, particularly at morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times.
The front circle will be CLOSED to cars and pedestrians, as that will be a parking and staging area for some of the construction vehicles.
