This month’s gathering will be facilitated by Dr. Maura Copeland, a Geriatric Psychiatrist and Medical Director at the Center for Healthy Aging at Beth Israel Lahey Health Outpatient Center, Danvers.
Join us for an open conversation about some of the common challenges that can make it harder to move forward after a loss. These may include feelings of regret, guilt, or even anger toward the person you loved and lost—emotions that can be difficult to acknowledge and work through.
