Bring your baby in the stroller, carrier or wear them! Yoga mats available for them to play on.
Meet other caregivers and get in a good workout!
Open to caregivers and their pre-crawling babies. All fitness levels welcome. (We will be indoors for inclement weather.)
Stay for the J Baby Play Group at 10:30am, part of J Baby Wednesdays!
FREE for Members, $10 Community (pay at the Welcome Center).
Pre-registration not required.
