Summer at the J Change Request Form
Please fill out the form below to request changes to your child's camp enrollment.

Changes must be approved by the camp director. A deposit may be required and payment in full is required after June 1. No refunds will be given after June 1. Changes made after June 1 are subject to a $25 charge.

- 1If not already logged into our Camp Registration system, visit the My Account page and click the Blue Link to view your account
- 2Then click My Account Info and then Reservation Report.

- 4Change the dates to 6/24/2024 through 8/23/2024, change the “Module” to Camp Management, change the “Include Sub Members” toggle to Yes and click Show Report (see screenshot below).
